50,000 delivery attempts every month. The cap is hard: once they are used, new jobs are refused with 429 until the month rolls over. You can never receive a bill on this plan.
Payloads kept 1 day, delivery history 3 days, dead letters 3 days.
$8 per million delivery attempts past the free 50,000, plus $0.30 per GB of payload delivered past the first GB. Pay for what you use and nothing else.
Payloads kept 3 days, delivery history 14 days, dead letters 30 days.
With 2 KiB average payloads and a typical retry rate (about 1.15 attempts per message):
