Stafett is pre-alpha. Availability, retention, and feature scope can change without notice until general availability.
Stafett accepts a payload and an HTTPS destination URL from you and delivers it there, with retries, on an at-least-once basis.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API tokens confidential.
You may only direct deliveries at destinations you own or are authorised to send traffic to. You will not use Stafett to generate load, stress, or denial-of-service traffic against any destination, to deliver unlawful content, or to circumvent a destination's rate limiting or access controls. We may inspect delivery metadata (destination host, rates, response codes) to detect abuse; we do not inspect payload content for this purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you are violating the acceptable use terms above or exposing us or a third party to legal or operational risk. We will tell you why, when we can do so without compromising an investigation.
You control what your destination does with delivered payloads. We are not responsible for how a third-party destination processes, stores, or acts on payload content.
You will indemnify Stafett against claims arising from payloads you send or destinations you direct them to, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these terms.
The service is provided "as is" during the pre-alpha/free period. To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 3 months (currently NOK 0 on the free tier).
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be announced on stafett.dev. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Norwegian venue.
